Leadership Development

With extensive experience in training nurse leaders since 2012, Cygnia Healthcare Leadership Academy aims to be a one stop gateway for all areas of leadership development for working professionals.
Under this umbrella we are first starting with leadership programs for nurses from bedside to boardroom. We believe that if we train leaders to be team centric, the team would deliver patient centric care.
We are partnering with subject matter experts of other domains to bring industry specific leadership programs for all other departments in a hospital. The programs designed so far for nurse leaders are:
