For over two decades she has been in leadership positions, including as Head of Nursing for the Fortis Healthcare Group, and has spearheaded the conceptualization and implementation of leading edge practices in Nursing, to complement the focus of healthcare organizations in driving process led patient care and medical excellence to meet the highest levels of quality.

I have had the good fortune of working with and knowing Thankam Gomez for the past ten plus years now. When I initially connected with her, Thankam was the Chief of Nursing at Fortis Vasant Kunj. From there, she grew and eventually became the group nursing head for the company. Thankam has always brought a great deal of passion to her role and takes patient care and patient safety very seriously. She also has very strong leadership skills and works well with all those around her. Additionally, for a professional role that continues to evolve, Thankam is one of the top healthcare leaders in the county today.
